Villa Rosy is a comfortable and typical small villa hidden in a small dead end about 150 meters from the long coastline of grainy sand.
Pretty and well furnished it is composed of two levels for a total of about 80.00 square meters including the staircase. The first level is accessed from the main avenue where there is the entrance door. Access is via a large living room, satellite TV, kitchenette with a modern modular kitchen complete with fridge with freezer, four-burner stove, electric oven. Also on the ground floor you enter a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Going up the marble staircase is dismantled on the second level. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms have a separate wardrobe: a double bedroom with access to a small balcony. The exterior is very comfortable as behind it is a small porch with a dining table with six chairs and a barbecue. At the entrance we have a beautiful covered patio of 25 square meters surrounded by greenery with armchairs and table. Also outside is an outdoor shower. Villa Rosy is located in Marina di Ascea, near the archaeological area of Elea-Velia. The house is inserted in a green context, in its vicinity there is a tourist village that entertains its guests with animation from mid-June to the end of September. The beach selected from grainy sand is especially recommended for families with small children, who will find clear and shallow waters. During the summer it is possible to practice different water sports like: sailing, surfing, fishing, underwater fishing, water-scooter etc. The center of Marina di Ascea can be reached on foot (about 1.5 km). Not far away there are already food shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos; all in about 5-10 minutes on foot without having to take your car. Still near the tennis courts, a riding school, soccer fields. Easily reachable, at about 700 meters, is the archaeological area of Elea-Velia, an obligatory stop for anyone who wants to get to know the homeland of Parmenide up close. Villa Rosy is a holiday home full of tranquility and rest in a characteristic corner of the coast Cilento.
