Located in Arzon, the 30 m² Le Sailing apartment welcomes up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and an armchair bed for 1. There is a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen with espresso and filter coffee machines. The apartment includes a TV, and families with children will appreciate the provided baby cot and high chair.



Enjoy your private covered terrace with a view of the port, perfect for meals while admiring the scenery. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence in Port Crouesty.



A private, secure parking space is included. Wi-Fi is not available.



The residence is ideally located with shops and a thalassotherapy center at the building’s doorstep. Fogeo Beach is just 400 m away, and hiking trails and water activities are close by. Vannes is a 30-minute drive.



Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee if needed. Cleaning products, basic condiments, and dish towels are provided, as well as coffee, tea, and toilet paper for your arrival.
