"The lounge on the 38th floor was a great, with a fabulous breakfast and happy-hour selections. The rooms and lounge provided a great view of the city. Location was incredibly convenient with easy access to multiple subway routes from the bottom of the hotel."

"The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity."

"Airport Limousine pickup at hotel which is a great plus. Hotel is near many stations entry/exit. Another great point: 2 washing machines available on 6 levels, status can be viewed on room tv. Room is clean, do note that they have compulsory room cleaning on day 3 for hygiene purposes."
