「Lovely apartment! It is close to the train, so very convenient. Also tons of shops and restaurants close by. The owner was very nice and helpful! Everything was very easy! Great place to stay a bit away from the crowds! Definitely recommended! 」

「Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. 」

「Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Check-in process was easy to understand. Beds are super comfy and loved that we were greeted with candies and beverages since it was so hot outside. Host was super nice and helpful I needed question. Easy access to the train station and not a long walk. My friends and loved the very cozy feeling of this apartment. 」

「This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram. 」

「My stay here was amazing . Walking distance to the trains. 711 and plenty of restaurants around the corner. I loved that there was a washing machine in the unit . I was able to wash and air dry my clothes. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommended this hotel . 」

「広くて落ち着いた大きな家で、7人でもひろびろと過ごせた感じです。ベッドルームもたくさんあって、夜はそれぞれにゆっくり眠れました。キッチンも大きくて、みんなで料理をしてワイワイと楽しく過ごせました。レンジがバルミューダなのも嬉しかったです。駅前に成城石井があるのも便利でした。また是非泊まりに行きたいです。」

「This was the first place we stayed on our first visit to Japan. It's about 5 mins from the Komagome station which is part of the JR line. Checkin process was quick an painless (on your phone or on the tablet at the rental - in English or Japanese). The place was clean, and we enjoyed have coffee on the balcony and overlooked the nice town.」

"アメニティがとても充実していて感動しました。ロビーのアメニティコーナーにスキンケア類やコットンやヘアゴム、ヘアオイルに入浴剤、コーヒーお茶類までありました。お部屋にも歯ブラシや体を洗う用のタオルもあり、電子レンジのコーナーにはおはしフォークもあり、製氷機の氷は小さいのでなくて、ちゃんと大きいのが出てきました。最近はアメニティのないホテルもあるのに、こちらのホテルには足りないものがありませんでした。近くにはコンビニだけでなくイオンもあるので安くておいしいお惣菜が食べれてラッキーでした。お部屋は通路が狭く、キャリーを置く位置に迷い、何度かドアノブに腰を引っ掛けてしまいましたが、お風呂が広くて浴槽もあったので、2日間大変快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、1つ気になったのが、電子レンジコーナーが11階にありますが、夜ご飯を温めに行った際、一瞬外国人男性の方と室内に2人になった時少しこわいなと感じました。日本人でも怖いです。ドアを開けるのを手伝ってくださる優しい普通の方だったので大丈夫でしたが、何かあった際に助けを呼べるのか疑問に思いました。客室フロアなのでドアをなくすと氷の音がうるさいんだと思いますが、万が一を考えるとできればロビー1階にあったほうが便利だし安心です。その他は快適に過ごすことができました。1階のレストランもおいしかったです。お値段は正直安くはないですが、新宿に来る際はぜひまたこちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。"

"東京ドームに近いので野球観戦には便利な立地です。また、神保町の駅にも徒歩5分位なので古本屋さんなどを巡りながら、お散歩するにも良い場所だと思います。静かなところと部屋も銀座辺りのホテルに比べると広いので寛げます。"
