Great experience staying here. Walkable location to other stations or buses nearby, small but very comfortable with good air conditioning and a kitchen/washing machine provided. No elevator so be prepared to walk up stairs alot. Overall great

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the Mita Line subway and local Hakusan food. New, clean unit. Tight stairs to the unit, but the convenience and excellent condition of the unit were worth the climb.

まだ新築のようで、全体的には新しいです。設備については、以下のとおりです。 建物入口　道路に面していないので少し分かりにくい。 部屋入口　2箇所カギあり。どちらが開いていたようで、何回やっても開かず苦労。掃除メンテナンスの方に改善の余地あり 玄関　大きなゴミ箱3つと大きめ下駄箱により、靴の脱ぎ履きしにくいほど狭い キッチン　食器がプラスチックのカップなど汚れが付着しやすい素材で、シミあり。ホテルは殺菌消毒済みで整っているが、こちらは洗って原状回復を求められるため、前泊の人の洗い方でかなり影響される。キッチンタオルがあると、食器がふけると思う。備え付けのスポンジも交換時期の検討を。 暖房　大きな窓があり開放的な分、雪が降った日の宿泊はかなり寒くエアコンがしばらく効かない。就寝時もクッションを窓際に並べるなど寒さ対策したが、なかなか冷えた。 布団　布団袋に髪の毛があちこち付着。掃除機のほか、クイックルワイパーなどやたらと掃除用具が揃っているので、自己責任か？ タオル　2枚宿泊の場合、タオル1セットはベッドの上、他1セットは布団袋に入っている。みつけにくいのでご注意 初めての民泊だったので、フロントがいないとか、キーボックスだとな不慣れで躊躇したが、これは標準なのかよくわからないが、緊急の宿泊にちょうど空室があり、本当に助かりました。

3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage was not fun for the last few days in japan. The apartment is smaller than expected, pictures make it seem much more spacious. Don't book same day because i didn't get the code till the next day.
