The third bedroom is accessed from the second bedroom up to the top floor where you will find the unique, large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and stunning exposed beams. The beautiful original wooden floors have been lovingly restored on the first and second floors to add to the warmth and charm of the property.



The property seeps history: it was once one of the school houses of Appleby Grammar School. The elder brothers of George Washington (the 1st President of the USA) attended the school, and the Latin inscriptions from the property’s school days are present in the stone wall to the front of ’Little Apple’. There is an enclosed rear garden with a large covered Hot Tub, lawned and hard standing area.



Little Apple is located in the heart of Appleby and is just 100 metres away from the array of independent local shops, pubs and restaurants making Appleby such a lovely place to stay. This ancient market town and historic county town of Westmorland is located in the picturesque Eden Valley with quick and easy access to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. There’s great walking and lovely countryside accessible from the doorstep, with plenty of scope for the more adventures nearby.
