"Beautiful and clean rooms and facilities. All staff were amazing and so welcoming."

"Great hotel. Definitely will stay there in the future!"

"People are very friendly and kind, the room is always clean, it was comfortable for us."

"We had the most amazing stay. The rooms are spotless and the staff can kot do enough for u. Food and drink choices far outshine 95% of any other all inclusive I have been to"

"Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby."

"Excellent location and great facilities! Meals were great!"

"A great family-friendly hotel with lovely decor, but let down by maintenance issues and dining variety. The biggest disappointment was the pools. With no heating option, the water was freezing at this time of year. "Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Its amazing resort, great location, very clean, staff it’s very friendly."

"Amazing resort for families , so much activities for the kids from pool to waterpark to a very nice play area in addition to the kids entertainment each evening , we spent 6 days that were extremely awesome , and definitely we are going back again next year"

"One of the best resorts I have ever visited. From the property, staff, our suite, the service, the smell, attention to details and food; 100/10. My friends and I had an amazing time and did not even explore or utilize all the amenities. Will definitely be back with my spouse."

"Great hotel food fabulous."

"A clean and new hotel nicely close to the airport."

"Good standard. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the facilities were of a good standard. Pools were good, we also used the gym which was adequate for a hotel gym and the tennis and padle courts which were excellent. Food : buffet was efficient and generally pretty good, but not mind blowing. We used the Mexican and Greek restaurants which were both very nice. Service was very good."

"Lovely Hotel, had an amazing time."

"It was a lovely stay, the staff were lovely, very friendly and kind. Bus stop 3 is a short walk which was very handy. You can get the bus from the airport to the place. Saves a lot of money instead of a taxi."

"Air was working well, super clean , staff was helpful, and it’s a good location. Thicket bath towels would be nice."

"Great stay!"
