"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

Our room was spacious and lovely and we even got upgraded for the extra night we decided to stay to one of the beautiful villas. The staff is really the highlight. "I would give this resort a 5-star rating if it wasn’t for the room being a bit bare and unconventional. Everything else about this resort was amazing! We loved the food, staff, location, and all the things they offered. Truly recommend this place if you are a couple/family that doesn’t mind a plain simple room with a bit of adjustment to comfortability! I feel like the rest of the resort pays off for that. I can’t stress enough how nice the resort was!! Truly worth visiting!"
