「The B&B was a very inviting victorian house filled with antique furnishings. Parking was available at the front and back of the property which is centrally located. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and there were excellent restaurant options for lunch and dinner.」

「A beautiful older , unique Inn. You can image the grand times, food, drinks, lawn games and style of dress that would have been worn during that period. A place one must stay!」

「- The hotel is actually much inferior to the pictures in the hotel's guide. - The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and I could not sleep. - The hotel staff was not very helpful and unpleasant. I would not stay there again.」

「The August House was a truly wonderful place to stay! It's clearly a carefully curated environment with comfort and relaxation in mind. The room was incredible comfortable, the staff was lovely and the included breakfast was delicious! We will certainly be back next time we are in the area!」

「Beautiful space!! Spacious room (2 bedrooms and private bath) with comfortable beds and pressed sheets. Artistic touches - handmade quilts, paintings, crafts made by the owners and their children. Breakfast was a show stopper - baked stuffed croissants and Dutch babies covered in fresh berries and cream. Thanks to Art and Martha they are truly fantastic hosts!」
