「The owner is very personable and helpful. We stayed in the separate lodging on the property, not in the house. We had a very spacious upstairs room. Note, the breakfast is not included for stays in the separate building. Highly recommended .」

「We didn’t get a good impression when we went to check in as no one was there. We stood there for 15-20 minutes but no one came. We rang the bell and phoned, but still no one answered. Finally, we called and left a message and the owner came from the back to check us in. The staircase to the upstairs (first impression for visitors) was filthy. We get it, people come in with their shoes on, but first impressions mean a lot. The breakfast was okay and we were happy he asked about dietary...

「The country suite of the Gingerbread House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. A nice walk into town for good food (definitely try Paddy's pub) and a patio. Loved the hot tub after a day of hiking the amazing trails the Bay of Fundy has to offer. Wish we had time to take advantage of the fireplace area. The only issue which could be easily remedied are the pillows which were as thin as could be. I'd definitely bring my own. Other than that a great place!!」

「Excellent location close to town. Also very roomy, Property could use a coat of paint and more serious cleaning. Dust was all over the headboard, spider webs were behind the headboard. TV was tedious to obtain and nothing to watch unless you had your own accounts that you could access.
