「The property was in a great location, central to the nearby harbour, restaurants etc…and the covered balcony, but open in the front was a wonderful place to watch the harbour and people. The Rum Runner is a very quiet and central place.」

「The rooms are directly above the restaurant. The staff are great. Our room overlooked the restaurant patio and Lunnenburg wharfs. There was chatter and activity until closing. There is no A/C but it cooled off quickly with the windows open. The bathroom fan did not work, nor did the lower receptacles on the bedside. We unplugged the bedside lamps to charge our phones.」

「Sheets were stained and the house wasn’t up to my standards for cleanliness.It is cheap and a nice location and it was easy to communicate with the host.」

「No one was at the property when we arrived. There’s no designated parking and the restaurant was closed. The view was as advertised but the room needed a refresh.」

「This is a rustic cabin but served our needs. Bring your own shampoo and soap. The bed is difficult for 2 people if you need to get up in the night. We found it chilly at night but the staff responded very quickly when we requested a space heater. 」

「We enjoyed staying at the Black Forest Cabins. It was close to everything, and walkable to the waterfront. We stayed 2 nights, so we could also visit Lunenburg, and drive right back. Great restaurants close by, and we also took advantage of the walking trails nearby. Beautiful location in the forest with deer nearby. Thank you!」

「The cottage is in a great location. Nice relaxing drive to Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg because you’re right in the middle. 「The Dordean Suites was above and beyond our expectations.
