Building appears to be new. Everything clean, bright & in good condition. Tile floors are cleaner than carpet would be. Seems to be in-floor heating but should be advised of this. We found it chilly at first but couldn't figure out how thermostat worked. Took a little while to warm up. Appreciate that windows open. Almost a full kitchen - has full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, large sink, coffee machine. Beautiful view of the lake & place for you to sit there. Quiet area at night. Reasonable price.
