「Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it.」

「Room was immaculately clean. We never have visited the gulf, so the sand was totally new to us. Did not realize how sanding everything would get. After housekeeping came the sand was swept away, and it was the way the room was when we checked in the first day. Parking was great, having someone patrolling the parking lot for hotel guest and visitors was so nice. It was a great center spot to be on the island. We truly enjoyed being there. I loved how luxurious the room felt and it was a perfect...

「The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean.」

「The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return.」

「We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

「Me gustó mucho muy acogedor todo lo disfruté」

「El colcho del sofá cama esta muy malo. La cama excelente」

「It has excellent location to both oce@n and intercostal near Main Street and trolley stop. Smaller than expected.」

「The location was absolutely fantastic. So close to everything on the north end, which is the part of the island that we really preferred. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart provided was life-changing for all our future beach vacations!Only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the bedroom. Even with the blinds shut, it still gets pretty bright in there in the morning.」

「The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The interior and exterior were immaculately clean, and the pool was a lovely feature. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway.」
