Large independent country villa situated on the hills surrounding Arezzo, a short distance away from the small town of Anghiari. The interiors are spacious and furnished in a rustic style. Outside guests can enjoy use of a private swimming-pool and of entirely fenced-in garden.
A bar and a restaurant are in walking distance (100 m away).
Distances: Anghiari with general stores 10 km away, the charming town of Arezzo (railway station with daily connections to Florence and Rome) 18 km, Gubbio 80 km away, Perugia 85 km, Siena 90 km away, Florence 90 km away, the beautiful region of Val d’Orcia approx. 90 km away, Todi a 120 km.
At guests’ disposal: fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), bathroom with shower by the pool, barbecue. Laundry (2 washing-machines).
