This is a cute property right in the middle of Anderson Island. It's literally 2 houses down from the only restaurant on the island and really close to the lake and little park on the water. It was clean, well-stocked, and I loved the little extras that came with it! Making dinner and hanging out was super easy! The house is older, which isn't always my favorite. It has air conditioning which is awesome, but it was uneven, the downstairs got super cold. There are some steep and uneven stairs that go down the first floor, which feels a little more like a basement. There are two rooms downstairs, one upstairs. So if you're staying with a more elderly or disabled crowd, those stairs could prove treacherous. If you're a golfer, then you'll love having the golf course right out your window. For us, it was very distracting. There were people RIGHT outside the windows, talking and drinking, from 8am until 10pm. The house got hit by a ball at some point, and people kept looking into the windows. So using the hot tub or hanging out outside was awkward at times. But if that's your jam, you might like it.
