「We enjoyed our stay here. The room was great for our family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked the bar and restaurant as well as the breakfast. The blackout curtains and shades worked great- it was so nice to have a dark room in the summer in Alaska. Only minor complaints: 1)the mattress on the sofa bed was poor quality- we couldn't sleep on it; 2) more GF option would be great (bread, buns, etc).」

「Given a room with serious issues, we were denied a different room upon returning to the front desk . Said we could wait for maintenance to fix AC and bathroom back to room and no maintenance showed. So we decided to leave. Back to desk. Finally, after a private discussion by clerk with a manager ( who did not present themselves ) the clerk said we could get a free breakfast and wait for another room. Terrible customer service, desk clerk seemed to be untrained, management unwilling to be seen....
