「We were very happy with our stay at Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale. It's quite close to the American Music Theatre, where we were attending a concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room met our needs and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included and coffee was available 24 hours a day (in addition to small coffee makers inside the rooms). Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the toilet would not flush properly. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below expectations and was very disappointing.」

「The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out.
