「La gestion de la relation clientèle est déplorable. J'entends qu'il puisse s'agir d'un hôtel économique sans véritable management, du moins nous l'avons constaté, mais il y a tout de même un minimum à assurer quand on est professionnels de l'hôtellerie. Aucune gestion de l'urgence, pas de solutions trouvées/livrés à nous-même, et la direction ne répond plus aux emails une fois la région quittée. J'espère qu'il n'y a aura pas d'imprévus à votre séjour, car ils ne savent pas le gérer, ni même...

「黒くて大きな人懐っこいレトリバーとステキなマダムが出迎えてくれました。 ジヴェルニーへは車で10分くらいで行くことができます。 その帰りには小さなコンビニもあります。 夕食にレストランを利用したかったのですが、祭日のためかお休みしていました。ですが、朝食（特にフランスパン）は充実していました。 静かな立地に佇んだホテル、今度はぜひゆっくり連泊したいと思えるホテルです。」

「Chambre très propre 」

「Parking was easy. The hotel is old and not well maintained. Staff was very nice and personable. The room prices are very low. So if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep it is very good, There are several reasonable restaurants very nearby. They do have a “buffet” breakfast. But it was just baguettes, croissants, bread for toasting. Yogurt and cornflakes with milk. But at least there were fresh. 」

「The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

「Le lit est très confortable. En revanche l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre, de gros moutons erraient sur le plancher... A noter que la salle de bains est toute petite, avec une mini cabine de douche. Mais le lieu était idéal, proche de la collégiale où nous assistions à un mariage.」

「check in good person helpful key card didnt work when arrived at room further faffing to get it sorted another room allocated that key card not 100% either it was flashing orange and didnt alliw reaccess so had to b opened from inside everytime 🙄☹️」

「The hotel is located 15-20minutes from central Rouen by car. Staffs was kind and smart, so check-in was only 1 minutes. Bath amenity was minimum, so its better you bring your own.　ホテルはルーアン市街から車で15-20分程度。チェックインは驚くほどスムーズだった。シャンプーなどはないと考えた方がよく、持っていった方が無難」
