We had the smallest room available (13 m2). It was cropped with a double bed, a tiny desman a cupboard. That was all fine, but the mattress was really bad. The toilet reservoir took an hour to refill. The bathroom was adequate. We did not try the breakfast. The lady at the reception was friendly but not very helpful.

Stayed in the family suite, two rooms and a tiny shower. Broken window held together with duct tape. Facilities were clean in the room. Very small and hot. Staff did bring a fan for one room. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls. The location was close to a few shops and restaurants but these closed at 8pm or were fully booked. The riverside area at Petit Andelys a few minutes drive away was lovely to walk alongside the river and there were lots of bars and restaurants there. Overall we would unfortunately not recommend this hotel or location but would recommend Petit Andelys.

Le lit est très confortable. En revanche l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre, de gros moutons erraient sur le plancher... A noter que la salle de bains est toute petite, avec une mini cabine de douche. Mais le lieu était idéal, proche de la collégiale où nous assistions à un mariage.

Séjour réservé sur internet 185 € les 2 nuits sans petits déjeuners.Il a fallu rajouter 41.60€ pour 4 petits déjeuners. Personne à la réception à notre arrivée;il a fallu appeler et un homme est arrivé il faisait des courses. La chambre était petite à peine 12m2 je pense, le wc minuscule et la douche microscopique 60cm*60 cm.Bon courage pour se laver sans se cogner. Pas de volet aux fenêtres juste un rideau du coup il fait jour dans la chambre à 07h00 Le matelas du lit est fatigué. Quant aux petits déjeuners 1 viennoiserie par personne 1 brique de jus d'orange car la machine était vide et les viennoiseries et la brioche étaient rassies.

Chambre à l étage chaude ,sans moustiquaire et visite d un frelon dans la nuit 😨 L alarme incendie s est déclenchée à 5h30 du matin et est restée active une certain temps Je pense qu il n y a pas de responsable la nuit 😕

Nu voor de 2e keer geweest. Bij het ontbijt miste ik de gekookte eieren. Het rekje stond er wel, maar leeg. Zeer prettig als de receptioniste beetje engels kan spreken. Met google translate kom je er uiteindelijk wel uit

Très déçu

Chambre très sale . Présence de gâteaux apéritifs je suppose des personnes avant nous . Saleté et poussière +++++partout dans la chambre . Matelas avec protège matelas en plastique très épais et très inconfortable. Matelas à ressort qui sorte sous notre poids . Chambre pas insonorisé . J’ai entendu la dispute du couple d’à côté . Pour le petit déjeuné juste goûte un croissant avec un goût très désagréable . Seule la localisation est très bien .
