"This was a unique experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere and serenity when I wasn’t in my room and construction was going on. I was a bit disappointed when I paid to have a king room and they gave me a king bed with a queen mattress on it I then cut myself on the wood frame and when I informed staff they promised to remedy the situation first by accommodating a new room and then later stating that while I went on my excursion for the day they would swap out the mattress to my return they did not do nor follow up which I felt was very unprofessional. I would have at least expected some sort of spa credit for my inconvenience but to flat out lie was crazy."

"We loved this hotel! It’s in a great location so if you wanted to walk to dinner, drinks, shops, etc, you can. Others hotels seem far away. We checked out a lot of resort/hotels while here for our next trip and can honestly say we will probably book Ramon’s again. From the moment you pull in, you feel the excellence with a full fledge jungle feel pulling off the road. The rooms are cute and the pool is amazing. There isn’t a “jacuzzi”, however, there’s a back park of the pool tucked away that has warm water blowing out and it’s really cozy! Feels like one. The AC’s are cranking in the room and work well. It’s nice to have snorkeling excursions, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, gift shop all on premise. 10/10! Remember, this is Belize, not Miami!"

The property is well maintained, the staff is excellent, and the overall experience is stress-free and comfortable. While it’s a bit outside town, that actually adds to the quiet vibe. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially for couples or anyone looking to unwind on Ambergris Caye."
