The room was clean and the staff was great! If you're on the bottom, there will be some noise, but it was manageable. The beach bar, on site, was a great place with great people working it! The food is phenomenal! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff. Food was great. The view is stunning. Close to the water taxis and many great places around to eat as well. I highly suggest to ask how the Sargassum is before staying here as the smell was unbareable in the mornings when they are cleaning it from the ocean. The onsite spa was fantastic.

Loved Caribbean Villas

This is a funky beach hotel. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed. The location was awesome and the ambience was great. We loved that they had free coffee down in the restaurant/bar. The open air restaurant/bar was really nice. We could probably have eaten there every day and been perfectly happy, but we tried to eat around town. FYI Blue Water Grill, Ramones, and Caramba were all really good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Villas. The staff were so nice, great customer service. They made arrangements for us to go on a snorkel trip, which was excellent. The restaurant was great. We love how we were greeted, our bag was carried to our room, the staff explained everything to us about the hotel: where to find water, the housekeeping schedule, and hours for the pool and the restaurant. Beach bar/restaurant was nice. Locals and guests were there so you get a good feel for Ambergris Caye. Was there during storm Sara so couldn't really get a feel for the beach and pier but I would guess it would look fabulous under the sun. Staff helpful and friendly.
