"Great hospitality, spacious room, cleanliness, great variety of food at breakfast buffet, lovely Onsen, all in all a great experience!"

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
