"Very friendly staff"

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. Family suite in Building 1 was comfortable and clean. Great location with reasonably short walk to Disneyland entrance. Only significant disappointment was that my son found pool and splash pad water were not heated enough for him to enjoy. We visited in February and the high temperatures that week were low to mid 70s. And we disagree with their hot tub rules which require adult to actually be in hot tub (with child thru age 14) and not just nearby or has their feet dipped in tub ...even though there is a lifeguard right there! Our son is 11. But overall, would consider staying there again if visiting Disney."

"Found pills on the floor, got moved to a new room. New room had mold behind the mirrors and bed frame. The towels smelled like they’ve been sitting in a musty room for a long time. It’s a very cute hotel in photos but maybe it was just my experience that was awful. "

"Everything was great, room was clean, staff is nice, just a little hard to find parking if you're coming in late. Great walking distance to Toy Story parking lot shuttle or even to Disneyland if you want to walk all the way. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again."

"A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better. "
