"From the time we arrived at the Hotel until we walked out the door everyone was amazing. From the front office helping with restaurants, tours, all the way to a birthday cake delivered to the room. The restaurant was unbelievable as well the service in the Breakfast was fantastic and so pleasing and pleasant every person in this establishment went out of their way to make sure you had wonderful experience. Rating 10 out 10. "

"Let me just start off by saying that this was a truly special stay. Staff absolutely wonderful, property is spectacular and it's truly a romantic type of vibe - besides, how often do you get to say you stayed in a castle or that you got to eat breakfast with Peacocks? That being said, please be advised that the property is all the way on the top of the castle grounds and is not accessible by uber. If you want to walk, get ready to get your steps in - 'it's all uphill from here' became our tag line when we were returning to the hotel each night after dinner or drinks. I would not recommend this property to anyone requiring special disability services unless you plan to take an official taxi every time you need to leave or return to the property. Staff will happily help you with ordering a cab but it does add up. All in all, we would definitely stay there again - it's really got that special something and all of the staff were truly wonderful. 10/10 for being such a unique experience and truly living up to it's expectations!"
