The property was exactly as described - we had a double room, and room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The property is located on the no 28 tram route (this starts at 6am and stops at midnight) not a concern for us but might be for some. Staff were very helpful. We found some really good small restaurants within 5 minutes walk of our accommodation. Would recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.

The accomodations were good, the only issue is the loud traffic, especially the trams going up and down the narrow road. If using Google maps to locate it, it takes you close but not quite there.

Our concierge Isabela was gracious and very helpful. She even loaned us beach umbrellas for several day trips to the beaches nearby. The room was very large and very clean. The neighborhood was wonderful and interesting.

Unique to have the trolleys running directly under our window! Became used to the noise after a day or so. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would stay here again.
