Brilliant hostel with amazing views! Flavio & Leon on front desk were great hosts. Location is great to wander down to the flea Market and into the centre.

Treasure in Mouraria

Great hostel located in the historic neighbourhood of Mouraria. Very well located, walking distance to many places, great breakfast and super helpful staff. Definately recommend.

A Lovely Hostel in Lisbon

Amazing stay at This Is Lisbon. The staff was so incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Leonardo and Tanya, for always making me feel so comfortable and for directing me to some wonderful local spots. The place impeccably clean. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. My bed was so cozy! I loved staying in the old part of the city and simply wandering around. Looking forward to coming back this summer!

Nice surprise

Excellent staying. One of the most amazing view on Lisbon from terrace, Friendly staff. Abundant and rich breakfast. Very close to many attractions on Alfama's hill. See you soon, I hope.

Take a cab there if you have heavy bags....

After trecking up hill in the hot mid day sub with my havey back pack for what felt like forever, i was pleasently surprised with the hostel, it has a huge terrace with a great view and you can buy buys and wine from the reception, which is much apprecaites after the trek up there! We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom which was clean and well maintained. We were only there one night but could have happily stayed longer. The hostel had a friendly vibe and there were a few people around around still even though we were entering in to low season. I wasnt a solo traveller but could see that this was a good place if i had have been there alone. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had an early flight but it lookes good and you are able to use the kitchen to make the eggs (which are provided by the hostel) in what ever way you want, which is a nice touch. If you book here and do have bags make sure you als the hostel for directions and they will let you know how to get there via an city elavtor rather than climb many many mnay steps and hills (and i mean many!) Staff were a mized bag, one person on reception was super friendly, the one the next morn seemed like she couldnt really be arsed to be there. Over all though a good place to stay in the old town and near loys fp afes and bars that feel leas of a tourist trap than in other areas.

Nice stay

I had a great stay here. Staff were great and accomodating, it was quiet and peaceful, it was very clean, and the kitchen was a definite plus. Only downside was the hilly incline getting to and from the location. The views and the lively surrounding areas made up for that though.
