The hotel is not accessible by Uber due to local restrictions which we were not informed of by the hotel and we had to drag our luggage uphill on cobblestone street which could be avoided if we took a cab from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable however the carpet must be replaced which really tarnished this review.

It is very difficult to get a uber or cab to take you to the hotel. Multiple times the uber got lost and dropped us at the wrong spot. Very desolate at night. The pictures posted are not accurate. The hotel was nice but think grandmas house. If you want modern this is not your place

Really Enjoyed Hotel Olissippo Castelo

It was a very pleasant hotel with good service and in an excellent location (central yet quiet and very walkable though with lots of ascents and descents). One of the nicer aspects is that our room had a spacious and sunny terrace with a great view.

The stay was very good. My only complaint is that the there is no way for a car (uber or bolt) to get there. The hotel should take care for the guest to move as they wish in town.

The people directly below us had balconies and were partying late into the night. Our room was lovely but there were sound issues from that and the room next door had a crying baby so that kept us awake as well and we had a 4am departure.

Nice boutique hotel in good condition. Location doesn't allow taxis to drop you off in front of hotel; you need to walk 60-70 yards uphill on very rough cobblestone street from drop off spot. Great location in Alfamba with shops, restaurants and bars in all directions. Great breakfast but hours are 7:30 to 10:00, so often we were not able to use it. Most tours require you to be at a pick-up location before 8AM.

One of the best in Lisboa !!

This Hotel was great, the view from our balcony was spectacular, the breakfast in the morning was one of the best we had on our vacation, the front desk staff were all wanting to help with anything and to make your stay a memorable one.

Lovely atmosphere: the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is handy for places to eat and for sightseeing. Finding one's way around can be tricky at first, especially at night and the staff gave good advice on options.

Most of the property was very clean and most of the staff was very pleasant, with the exception of one or two front desk people. The carpet in the room was very dirty and old but overall the hotel was nice.
