「Can't understand what's so prestigous about it, fairly average really. Location is awful, name misleading. Set by a landfill site. Restaurant ok. Bathroom was nice.」

「Lovely hotel - fantastic set up. We booked a family room and really impressed - double bed and bunk beds with an internal door to separate the two rooms. Both with a seating area and tvs. Gorgeous location and staff were very helpful. 」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and I will certainly be returning in the near future when I tick off some more Wainwrights! The room was newly refurbished to a high standard, all the staff are really friendly and helpful and the Cumbrian breakfast is excellent but not for the feint of heart!」

「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」
