This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments in the garden. The lawn and the 5 sun loungers available are perfect for basking in the sun with a good reading. The family's little ones will also be delighted with this space. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, a spacious kitchen-living-dining room - with high ceilings, large windows with access to the garden, beautiful decoration and air conditioning - is ideal for preparing delicious recipes on the gas hob, while you can prepare the table or even watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart-TV). Then, the living area beckons you for a well-deserved rest. In the kitchen area there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe and ceiling fan and AC. Two of them have twin beds and one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower and toilet. A cot and high chair are available.

This accommodation is located in Manresa (Alcúdia) and is only 450 meters from the paradisaical and family beach of Sant Joan. In the town of Alcúdia, about 2.6 km away, you'll find all the services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... Here, you'll find beautiful places to visit like its ancient wall. The nearest golf course in Alcanada is about 7.7 km and Puerto de Alcúdia is about 5.8 km.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. - The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
