Villa Petit Mimao is a semi detached cottage in the most spectacular frontline location. This cute cottage has been finished to a high standard and the furnishing style reflects the nearby ocean with shades of turquoise and blues.



This cleverly designed studio cottage features a private terrace with shower, which is furnished with table and chairs and a couple of sunlounges. There is also a charcoal BBQ.



Entering inside, the living area comprises of a comfortable 2-seater sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix, dining table with 4 chairs and a double pull down wall bed.



The white kitchenette has granite work tops and is equipped with microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer, electric hand whisk plus all necessary utensils, pots and crockery.



Double doors lead out on to the private terrace from the living area.



The separate shower room has a toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and a large walk in shower.



There is also an additional small storage room with hanging space for clothes and the iron / ironing board.



The property has hot/cold air conditioning and free wi-fi.



2 Small animals can be accepted at this property for the extra cost of 10 Euros per animal per night to be paid in cash at check in.



The beautiful beach of Manuel Lourenço is literally 55 meters away and takes just over a minute on foot. There is a great beach bar / restaurant on the beach too.



Apolonia supermarket is just 1.2 kms away. There is an Aldi supermarket 2.3 kms from the villa.



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
