Cute as a Button - Picket Fence 3 Bed Stylish Home

This superbly renovated cottage is sure to impress., blending charm with the comfort and style of modern living.

Very stylish fit out with all the comforts you would expect. A beautifully appointed & fully equipped kitchen, from quality pottery to the wine glasses. Bedrooms have high ceilings, quality pillows, mattress and linen.

The rear entertainment area is the real gem, with BBQ, gas fire and automatic ceiling shutters. Perfect to relax, cook up a tasty meal and enjoy some great company.

NOTE: We have installed a new Air Con 6 KW system in the lounge and another split system in the main bedroom.

The home has three bedrooms with Queen size beds and beautiful window shutters. Each bed has a good quality mattress, medium and firm pillows and hotel grade linen.

The kitchen has everything you require for an extended stay or to cook up a Christmas dinner. There is a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven and gas cooktop.

The beautifully renovated outdoor rear alfresco is perfect for a relaxed evening. Dining table and chairs to relax while the dinner is slowly cooking on the BBQ. Gas fire and the electric roof shutters are perfect for a winter warmer.

Rear garage with remote control access, height limit of 2.0 Meters.

You get the house to yourself. If required we are available in an emergency.
