VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend.

The service at the Soramba was generally poor, ranging from having to constantly wait for service while staff talked to each other, and the woeful front desk, who promised a letter for me on three occasions, and, that aside, were generally disengaged.
