"The location is great, backing up on the beach. Unfortunately the hotel is in serious need of repairs and renovations. Very old towels, dirty curtains, bathrooms are in a poor state. The showers and bathrooms use very salty water- not great for hair and skin, and pretty dire for contact lenses wearer. Restaurant is nice and staff overall pleasant, with a couple of exceptions. Samayan on Reception was particularly helpful and friendly."

However, the reception service was very poor in the following days. The biggest attraction is definitely the spectacular view from the balconies; you can see the entire Acapulco Bay!
