Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!

The view at this property is breath taking. Nonetheless, this property is not very safe for young children. The lobby has many openings where a small child fits and it is on an upper level.

My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy. However, I was disappointed by the prevalence of hidden fees, particularly the daily service charges that were not explicitly communicated upfront. I paid more in service charges and tips than the costo of food and beverage. Additionally, the lack of complimentary in-room coffee in the mornings was somewhat surprising and felt like an inconvenience. Moreover, the inconsistency in service was evident during my visit. On multiple occasions, I found myself having to actively seek out waitstaff at the pool area, which detracted from the overall relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities. Attention to detail seemed lacking in some areas, and I believe this is an aspect that could be improved upon. While the hotel's restoration efforts are commendable, the issues of hidden fees, service inconsistencies, and attention to detail detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. I hope that these areas can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience in the future." Overall Rating: 3/5 ⭐️

Cuarto muy viejo, el personal muy malo estuvimos 40 minutos esperando el check out . Nos querían cobrar cosas de más. No nos dejaron estar en la alberca que porque había un evento privado y no nos daban acceso a la habitación para al menos estar en esa alberca. Muy mal servicio

La propiedad necesita mantenimiento urgente. Se llama DES Encanto porque llegas con altas expectativas por lo que pagas y termina desencantado. JAMÁS volvería por lo que pagas y lo que ofrece el hotel. Está desproporcionado completamente. Con ese mismo costo puedes buscar una opción que si valga lo que pagas.

Muy buen hotel que todavía tiene posibilidades de

En general todo el personal muy atento. Hubo algunos detalles, desde tener que mandar a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglar una llave que goteaba, un tubo de la regadera zafado y lo más increible de todo, no tenían cobijas!!! Frente a nuestra alberca hubo un espejo de agua que hoy se ve muy desarreglado y una obra parada que afecta la vista y la decoración. Por último, nos llevamos la sorpresa de que permiten apartar camastros... lo cual no es digno de un hotel de esta categoría.

Hotel viejo y sucio

El hotel tenía sábanas y toallas viejas. La habitación tenia una limpieza deficiente, el piso tenía mucho polvo. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y tuvimos infección estomacal por una hamburguesa en mal estado. En general el hotel no tiene mantenimiento y la limpieza fue muy mala. Hace unos años nos había gustado este hotel, pero actualmente ha decaído.

Es una belleza de hotel, sin embargo hay que darle mantenimiento a la alberca. El servicio del mesero de la alberca es pésimo, está enojado, en la cuenta agrega platillos que no pedimos. Es grosero. La habitación es una belleza, faltan amenidades, el jabón es escaso. El servicio del restaurante es lentísimo. Los alimentos muy buenos Amo el hotel! seguiremos visitándolo, ojalá hagan algo con el mesero de la alberca! ,
