The staff was amazing from the security in the beachfront to the hotel manager Julio all the staff members were very friendly helpful and welcoming I felt like I was at home whoever is training the staff is doing an amazing job

Nice hotel right on the beach, friendly staff and very good buffet restaurant. The New Year fireworks are spectacular. You need to be on 17th or 18th floor in the North wing of the hotel for the best view. There are two good restaurants on the beach but they hate credit cards!!! Read more about Acapulco security!

Clean room, good staff ana amenities, only complain and please update that YOUR RESERVATION DOESN'T INCLUDE PARKING SPOT. That's not an issue by itself but they advertise it as Park available and it's under demand, if you're going on vacation season then take this into account, also elevator and pool can get crowded.

I selected this hotel because I wanted breakfast included but at the hotel they told me that I have to pay $390 per person, the wifi didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch tv at night. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. It makes it look like a resort but it is small and feels tight. I will never stay here again. Too Many children, ugh!

I have traveled to Acapulco several times in my opinion this hotel needs to have a better type of amenities. The hotel is already outdated for sure. Parking is horrible and the area is located. This is no prime to walk around outside the overall condition of the hotel, the rooms tend to be With lack of maintenance and to be honest if I had another choice to come back, I’ll come back to other places there is crowded service is lacking and waitresses. They’re super big. They’re very friendly and everything but they’re super busy so it’s under staff not a place for you to enjoy. It’s a place for you just to sit down and just see a lot of people a lot of crowd Swimming pool is super crowded. It’s not worth the money. It’s not worth the time in my opinion.
