"Clean rooms, friendly staff, & conveniently located w/in reasonable walking distance to and from Disneyland & CA Adventure. My only complaint, and not sure if this would be directed to the property itself or the 3rd party co., I booked through, would be the location of my room. When making reservations, I paid a little extra for a room with fireworks view. However, there was a building directly in front of our hotel window that obscured the view and saw very little of the fireworks. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this establishment to our friends and family."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Howard Johnson. The staff were ALL friendly and accommodating, hotel rooms were very clean and newly remodeled, two great pools for adults and kids, super fast walk to Disney and several food options, and the property grounds are quiet and well taken care of. We will be staying here again! "

"The entrance was inside away from the street so that no homeless or strangers can just drive up to the hotel drive way. I did not like how the parking entrance was a bit confusing to enter and did not see self parking option when arrived. But the valet was also much appreciated. I did NOT like how long it took to pick up our room service tray lunch. We called x3 times. And it was Never picked up as staff told us. The table, food, tray and cups were not picked up until next morning. The food was great too for the room service. The disappointing part about our stay is that we were inform as hotel guest that "we have priorities for roof top stay." But when we arrived. My mother has back issue too, and we were told to sit at the bar. Thank goodness my mother took it like a champ, and we just wanted it grab food and a drink and leave. The roof top was not even full and we were told my staff that " you guys were fully booked, so we could only sit at bar as hotel guest." Very UPSETTING and unprofessional. "
