"This was a terrible idea to stay here.
We required beds for 4
They said they could accommodate.
The place was tiny.
No room to sit.
Towels were hideous.
And the cockroaches outnumbered us 2-1 at least ! Yuck"

Near the airport (NAIA).
Size of the rooms.
CONS:
Initial check in was poor. Handling of the luggage curbside didn’t happen.
The initial check in at the front desk was hurried and not welcoming.
Food at breakfast was low quality."
