アメニティリストに書いてあるものがおいてなかった。
さらに1000ぺそ預けないといけない…こんなホテル初めてで驚いた
最初に案内されたへやのドアが壊れていた。その次に案内された部屋は狭いしベットもダブル⇒シングルにグレードダウン。日本じゃありえない。ホテルのミスなのにグレードダウンした部屋に案内される意味がわからなかった。
There is no hair dryer and bathrobe even though these were written on amenity list. Moreover we have to deposit 1000 PHP before check-in.
The key of our room we were guided was broken. It's hotel's fault, nevertheless they didn't up-grade the room. The second room was narrow and uncomfortable. I have never experienced like this in Japan. we weren't satisfied with this hotel.

SERVICES NOT PROVIDED
Room I rented online was NOT made available to us, my wife and daughter had to rent a different room and pay again for that condo. I want a REFUND for the services NOT provide by your customer that was supposed to provide their condo for my wife and daughter to stay in! The contact number provided on your site for the owner of the condo DOES NOT work. Just what we don't need is to show up after 25 hours of traveling arrive at the hotel, only NOT to be able to stay in the room rented in advance. Makes it questionable about using this site to rent a room in advance. Then once checked in the condo provided was nice, clean, and a good size, BUT NO wi-fi available for use.

We made the booking @ 101 condo but when we arrive at the site we are not able to stay due to the room is not available even we had made the payments days before. And we are forced to transfer to other condo unit that is very uncomfortble for us. My Experience in this booking transaction is highly not recommended and should be taken out.

Decent Condo - Bad Directions
It's a good condo-tel room for the price. The only problem I really had was in finding the actual property. It's very, very tricky. I'm sure many have had a problem finding the entrance to the condo area and the front lobby. The owners need to be more detailed and specific on the name of the building and exactly where it is. "Condo 101 at Newport City" is not a good title for this Condo-tel. Newport City has a ton of condos and nobody even knew what 101 was. We spent a lot of time going around in circles and when we finally found it, the gate security guard was rude and not helpful.
