No staff in there to assist us. We left and did not stay in there. I need a refund. Be sure to specify if it’s a hotel or just residential. I was expecting a hotel with 24 hours service.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disgusting, insect ridden non hotel room.

i arrived and had to wait 20 minutes in lobby until they can get the room owner to property ( ? ) Brought to room. Opened door, bugs scurry across the floor. No toilet paper in bathroom. A check in cabinets found a group of bugs scurrying around. There was no one at the front desk downstairs to complain to as i find out its a private condo im renting...not a hotel room. i was checked in at 8pm and checked out by 11:30pm and forced to roam the streets of manila looking for a hotel room.
