"I can not recommend this hotel enough. Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres. Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "

The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. "We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "
