"This was a nice hostel right near old town. Only complaint was the towel rule they had which made it difficult to do activities, but I used grab to order one. "

"Staff were amazing! Love the location. It’s away from the busy beach area,15mins to the beach. There are restaurants around and 711 not far. 3-5min walk. Safe to walk at night. Room were clean. "The Tiger Complex is centrally located next to Jungceylon Shopping Centre, Bangla Boxing Stadium, Banzaar Market and a very short walk to the Beach and the craziness which is Bangla Road. Rooms were supersized, with great air conditioning, and very comfy king bed. Great price, great location"

"The staff isn’t rude, but they are not welcoming or friendly. The rooms are very dated. I checked into room 12 and the tv wasn’t working and wifi didn’t reach that room. I asked for two days on update to be fixed until finally I asked for room change. The wifi worked (poorly) but this rooms tv still didn’t work. They have thos outdated cheap cable box in all rooms that doesn’t connect. Bed was cheap and hard. I would not recommend "

"Stayed one night to prepare for the islands. The location is right beside the bus station, which is convenient from getting to/from Phuket airport. Cost was 100baht for the local bus to the airport versus the 500baht some of the rip off taxi's wanted. Other than the location being prime, the AC worked well, as did the shower. The bed was clean, but stiff. The room says non-smoking, but the room reeks of cigarette smoke because the worker constantly smokes right outside our room. The worst part...
