"Stayed one night to prepare for the islands. The location is right beside the bus station, which is convenient from getting to/from Phuket airport. Cost was 100baht for the local bus to the airport versus the 500baht some of the rip off taxi's wanted. Other than the location being prime, the AC worked well, as did the shower. The bed was clean, but stiff. The room says non-smoking, but the room reeks of cigarette smoke because the worker constantly smokes right outside our room. The worst part...

"The staff isn’t rude, but they are not welcoming or friendly. The rooms are very dated. I checked into room 12 and the tv wasn’t working and wifi didn’t reach that room. I asked for two days on update to be fixed until finally I asked for room change. The wifi worked (poorly) but this rooms tv still didn’t work. They have thos outdated cheap cable box in all rooms that doesn’t connect. Bed was cheap and hard. I would not recommend "

"Clean hotel and friendly staff! Location is great to experience parts of old town and a 10 minute drive to Rassada pier for those going to the islands. Only thing is they don’t have elevators so you may just have to carry your luggage up the stairs for those staying on higher floors. Great hotel!"
