"Staff lovely.Pool busy and crowded with children diving ans bombing. Not relaxing. Breakfast sub standard., but Manager addressed this nicely. People in table next to me felt like this too. Lovely hotel bur k rd and Queen stretlet very dodgy, homeless and drunks hassling fir money. Great place to stay for ease to city, and you can use uber."

"Loud property until late hours, doors slamming, vacuum cleaners going into the night. Squeeling water taps that you can hear in your room whenever someone takes a shower. Thin walls and floors so you can hear others walking around. Not cool if your there to get some sleep and get an early flight."

"Stayed two nights and was happy with everything that was on offer. Bed in portal was comfortable even though it was a top bunk. Dont know about others but everyone in my portal were tidy and respectful. Amenities were clean and tidy. Very a affordable as well so would highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Auckland here's your go to"

"Luxurious rooms with amazing amenities. The beds are very comfortable, the layout is excellent and everything is super clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with all ingredients fresh. All staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist, as we found out when asking the concierge about food recommendations. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the city. Everything you could want from a city hotel, except maybe other services you would expect from a larger hotel, like pool and gym (there is a gym but it’s very small)."
