"I love this property, I think its the best hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel room is immaculately so clean, all of the amenities are perfect, room temperature is so good, you can adjust it any temp you wanted. TV entertainment is top notch, they even have new movies that you can watch for free. We added the club access to our stay which I highly recommend as you can have your breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails for unlimited wine and drinks, we really got spoiled on their club, shoutout to the staff there which are all great. Also the breakfast room on the 2nd floor is great with extensive amount of foods, also very good staff there. Their hotel amenities were perfect, they do have an indoor and outdoor pools, gym, spa, locker and the most I like is their sauna, their staff were also nice. Lastly I wanted to specially give thanks to their lovely front desk staff, from Anne who did the check in and upgrade us, to Nina who gave us a late check out and Miya who did check us out. We will surely be back and this will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Shenzhen :) "

"All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel."

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first class. The hotel rooms and facilities all have stunning views of the surrounding areas. The spa also offers excellent selections of massage and relaxation offerings. The Bay restaurant also has outstanding selections of food from the spring offerings and classical Cantonese food. The hotel staff pays attention to every detail to pamper their guests. Highly recommended! If there was one minor complaint, the TVs in the room need upgrade since the resolution is subpar compared to everything else MO offers to its guests."
