This hotel was an excellent choice for staying in Shenzhen. You simply cannot find this quality of service and for such a reasonable cost in US. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is perfect, and everything is spotless. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is also excellent. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our only issue was that we rented the private apartment specifically to cook for our small daughter and the kitchen was not equipped with any cutlery plates pots or pans, nor did the oven actually work.

This is one of my favourite hotels. The Japanese style section of this hotel has a beautiful view and balconies. Great breakfast buffet.

This is one of the best hotels in Shenzhen, and certainly the best run. It has the best of everything, location, facilities, service, dining options and safety. It is my favourite. Hilton in the world.

Gorgeous property. Amazing lobby and restaurants. Loved the room, but if I booked again, I would request a room on a higher floor as our view was not that great.
