Dated decors. We stayed in a panaoramic king bedroom and our friend stayed in a premier king bedroom. His bedroom looks newer and air condition works better. It’s a Sheraton.

Great location next to public transport and in heart of business district. Comfortable hotel, although AC didn’t go below 20c and housekeeping inconsistent. Breakfast was good if you went early.

Amazing customer service

Impressive customer service. It is likely unprecedented for them having a guest that rented an ebike and had no where to park. I am impressed that they went out of the way to find a safe place for me to park. As Ebike wasn't allowed near the hotel lobby and they bothered to let their staffs know that there is this crazy guest with rented ebike so I am not stopped everytime I ride to the parking area.
