"We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. My husband and I arrived and the concierge Adriana. I think. She set us up with a wine tasting and pizza cooking class that was perfect for us. Small Italian owned and gave you a real feel for the countryside. She also showed us a hiking path from the hotel. Above and beyond service. We stayed in some fancy hotels and this stay was BY FAR our favorite ❤️ thank you. "

"Wow, this review is a really hard one for me… as much as I would love to say, how amazing this property is… I felt the service was lacking. When I arrived at the hotel the bellman greeted us, & took our bags… but no one was at the front desk. Which was extremely odd, for such a high end hotel. We wait for entirely too long for someone to get back to the front desk for us. There is beautiful bar to the right of the front desk, with no one there. If there would have at least been a bartender...
