「The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning. Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! 」

「Was here for a 2-night stay for work. Free parking on drive of property, take care coming out, as restricted view of road. Greeted by Sigrid who was pleasant and provided good local information. Mini fridge and table on landing with snacks (need to pay for them). Also in fridge was fresh milk for tea and coffee in your room. My room was lovely with ensuite and seperate toilet (in room). Toilet was quite small (I am not small). Desk and chair to work at in room, as well as good TV. Internet was...
