Lovely pool, sauna and steam room, very friendly staff, location was amazing right in the centre. Room was nice, have stayed in nicer Novotels the toilet and bathroom were separate and on different sides of the room however overall very nice stay.

The staff were very accommodating for us and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a little dated and would benefit from a rewire, however was extremely clean and spacious. A huge selection of food available at breakfast. The only negative was the windows would benefit from secondary glazing as the room faced the main high street, and I had to sleep with earbuds in due to the high level noises outside.

Great hotel and clear ice from staff, few issues with facilities bath didn’t work so had to use shower instead but overall great hotel, location perfect for train station and getting into town a lot of homeless/beggars outside at all time
