Relaxing couples break

Stayed in a luxury double room which was large and comfortable. Timed slots for the spa meant it is quiet & relaxing. Evening meals in the restaurant were superb, especially the raspberry soufflé. Staff friendly & knowledgable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is excellent in every way. Service, location, food, and the room. Such close proximity to the Cotswolds but so elegant and private. Truly one of my favorite stays in my 3.5 week holiday.

The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning. Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee.

Stunning hotel. The location, building itself, restaurant and facilities in general were beautiful and well kept. Very friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. Restaurant was superb, the food was delicious, wine selection superb and helpful waitress and sommelier.

Superbly professional and friendly service. Enjoyed a room upgrade for a special birthday. Flowers and chocolates from the family were in the room when I arrived as well as a beautiful and delicious cake provided at dinner. Spa staff were friendly and added to the relaxation. A lovely country house hotel. Our room was very spacious with an outside patio where we enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine. The bathroom was large with a bath and a shower. We ate in the “Tasting Room” and very much enjoyed the tasting menu. The area outside the hotel has pleasant area with tables and chairs which we enjoyed as it was a warm sunny day. The hotel is quite expensive, but we thought it worth the money. The spa was OK, small and a little tired but we enjoyed our swim in the pool.
